The Trio's Birthday

The Trio; it reminds me so much of Harry Potter.

Zamir and Asyraf share the same birthday which is February 15 but in different years. We've never celebrated our birthday together before, and while I'm still in Malaysia, I suggested we should have lunch together. Minutes make moments, and moments make memories.

I believe that a birthday will surely be a happy birthday when celebrating it with a cake! I was torn between choosing the red velvet cake or the rainbow cake at first. Then Aca told me that she wanted to try rainbow cake since she has never tried a rainbow cake before and I assumed most of them never tried it before too.

Rainbow cake.

I love the look of rainbow cake. Who doesn't? That would be like hating unicorns, which is just not humanly possible. I've tried a slice of rainbow cake before, it looked so pretty but not so tasty! The cake was tasteless and hard. I complained about this tasteless rainbow cake to my friend, Nisa and she recommended me to her friend, Izzah.

I know I can trust her opinion when it comes to food, so I contacted Izzah and asked details about the cake. For the icing on the cake, I requested a Nyan Cat decoration. Nyan Cat also known as Pop Tart Cat. The cat, for some strange reason, farts rainbows and fly's in space. It doesn't do anything else. The silly repetitive sound it makes, "nyan nyan nyan," is probably why kids or Asyraf and I like it so much. The best part about this cake was it's made of rainbows.

Gotta love this rainbow cake. Everything turned out wonderfully! My friends were impressed at how cute Nyan Cat cake looked and tasted, everything was delicious. Love the icing - it's smooth and yummy. Buttercream and cream cheese, I love the flavour combination! I'm very satisfied, I'm a happy customer! You should try Ixalicious' rainbow cake! Sedap.

Celebrating the trio's birthday. Rainbow reminds me of Nyan Cat, and Nyan Cat reminds me of Asyraf. That's how I came up with this idea.

I wish we could spend more time together. A few hours is better than never. If we could only make it longer. As we grow older, life just seems to get busier and busier. I had a great time with you guys and I had a wonderful birthday.
